For every product in stock, the shipment term is up to 48 hours, i.e. 2 business days. If you choose a product, which is not in stock and available for backorder, its shipment will take up to 5 business days.
Where it happens so that the store runs out of a product, included in your order, while other products are available, we send the available products, and then, when we have the missing product in stock again, we send it with another parcel. You have the opportunity to choose whether it is convenient for you, or you are ready to wait and be delivered the entire order in a single batch.
ORDERS TRACKING ON YOURFACE.EXPERT
When you pay for your order, and get the confirmation of its shipment, you receive a tracking number from YourFace.expert, which we get from the mail service.
The tracking number can be introduced in the tracking system to monitor its movement and have a clear idea where it is at a given moment, and when it is supposed to arrive to the delivery address that you indicated.

We do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your orders. Therefore, we prefer using the services of express mail. It usually takes up to 2 business days to ship your order and up to 7 business days to get your order delivered to you. The terms may vary, though, because they are affected by your residing country rules and limitations, as well as weather and other conditions.
YOURFACE.EXPERT DELIVERY RATES
We shall charge the entire order, and not every single item separately. The final delivery cost will be calculated based on the weight of the order and your country of residence. However, you will be provided with the final cost of delivery services before you leave the checkout page, and no additional fees will be applied after that. This means that you won’t have to agree and proceed to the checkout, where the delivery cost does not suit you.
