We shall only accept back goods, if you return them within 7 days from the goods receipt notification date, and only if the reason for the goods return is as follows:
- The goods are defective
- The goods were damaged during the transportation
- The goods received do not coincide with the goods that you ordered.
Please contact us via the contact form or contact email, if anything of the enlisted applies. We always do our best to ensure our customers with best service and experience, and we will do our best to solve the situation as fast, as possible.
If your situation falls into one of the enlisted cases, we will offer a replacement or a refund in the amount that you paid for the goods in question. Refunding method shall coincide with the payment method that you used to pay for your order.
We do NOT accept any returns after the expiry of the 7-day period after the goods delivery notification date.
It is indispensable that you store the products, which are subject to return, in accordance with the storage conditions, indicated by the manufacturer on the product package.
Attention! Due to strict processing conditions, we do not accept applications for refusal or total cancellation of your order. Cancellation after placing and payment is not possible. Your order will be sent to you under any circumstances.
