THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS COVER THE SALES OF EVERY PRODUCT/SERVICE THAT YOU (CUSTOMER) BUY ON YOURFACE.EXPERT WEBSTORE (FURTHER REFERRED TO AS YOURFACE.EXPERT, SITE, OR WE).

We strongly advise every Customer to read and familiarize themselves with these terms and Conditions before they proceed with placing orders on our site.

HOW TO ORDER GOODS ON YOURFACE.EXPERT

Every Customer has the opportunity to place an order 24/7, regardless of his place of residence and timezone. In turn, we do our best to process every order as fast, as possible, which usually doesn’t take longer than one business day after the order request is received.

When you place an order and pay for it, you get a confirmation of the order to the email specified, and we proceed with the shipping and delivery process.

Where an order is not available for shipment or cannot be delivered to your country, we may cancel it and will notify you of this, offering replacement or other available options.

ACCURACY OF CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL DATA

It is you, the Customer, who is responsible for providing accurate and precise information to YourFace.expert for processing your orders and using as a delivery address. Therefore, YourFace.expert bears no responsibility for inaccurately indicated delivery address and subsequent failure to deliver the goods to the addressee.

If you decide to introduce any changes in your important personal information, we need to re-evaluate the new information and re-approve it in order to proceed with the order. It usually takes as much as one business day.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY DELAYS

After you pay for your order, goods available will be shipped out within up to 2 business days.

Goods, which are not available in stock at the moment of the order placement, will be processed for shipment within up to 7 business days.

You will be notified, if any delays in shipment take place.

We deliver every order using the express courier service and do our best to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

Should any goods be lost, arrive in a damaged condition, or the parcel arrives with a shortage of goods, the Customer shall notify YourFace.expert of such loss, damage or shortage within not more than 7 days after they become known or should have become known to the customer. Such notification of damaged goods must contain relevant photos and the carrier’s report of such loss, damage or shortage. Any claim, which does not contain either of the enlisted reporting means, will be rejected by YourFace.expert.

We require full Customer’s cooperation with Yourface.expert for establishing a claim against the carrier.

PAYMENTS ON YOURFACE.EXPERT

You can pay for your order via a credit card or Bitcoin.

If you are paying via a credit card, we need to perform a validation check. If you change the payment information, we will have to re-validate your payment information. If we suspect any fraud or your information is either incomplete or inaccurate, it is a reason for YourFace.expert to delay or cancel your order.

COMPLIANCE

YourFace.expert is not liable for complying with current legislation in the country of your residence. It is your responsibility to see if your local legislation allows you to buy or use the products that you order.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain and hold legal any and all permissions authorizations and comply with all and any requirements for the products that you order, sell or distribute, while using the services of YourFace.expert.

COMPLAINTS

We do our best to provide our Customers with the best products and services. Should any complaints arse, please send them to the contact address, and we will do our best to address them within the shortest possible time, including demanding relevant documents and proofs from you for further processing.

DISCLAIMER

YourFace.expert will not be held liable for any inaccuracies of any kind that the information, published on the site, may contain. We do not guarantee that we maintain all information in compliance with the latest amendments on the market. We reserve the right to introduce changes in the information about the products, as well as Privacy Policy and all other policies from time to time without a prior notice of the Customers. Therefore, it is the Customers’ responsibility to familiarize themselves with all important information on the site on a regular basis.

Even though we do our best to publish only correct and relevant images, information and prices for the goods displayed, errors are still possible. If you notice that you were charged incorrectly, please contact us using the contact form, and we will either refund you for the extra amount or issue a credit note.

In case that incorrect pricing applies to a product or an order, including for the technical reasons, or we notice or suspect that the information declared is incorrect, we have the right to cancel the order and notify the Customer via his personal email about the situation. In case you indicate an incorrect email address or other technical issues take place, which do not allow us to contact you, your order will be cancelled in an automatic manner.
